販売価格 / Prices

Each plan's current price, included processing minutes, and validity are displayed on the pricing page. Before you place an order, Polar checkout displays the applicable currency, price, taxes, and fees. Those displays are the source of truth for the price of each plan.

商品代金以外の必要料金 / Additional charges

Internet access and communications charges are the customer's responsibility. Any separately charged tax is shown before checkout.

支払方法・支払時期 / Payment method and timing

Payment is processed by Polar using the payment method shown at checkout. One-time purchases are charged when the order is placed. Creator is charged when the subscription starts and on each monthly renewal until cancelled.

役務の提供時期 / Service delivery

Processing minutes are credited after successful payment confirmation. A processed file becomes available after the selected job completes. Processing time depends on file length and system load.

返品・返金 / Returns and refunds

Digital processing minutes cannot be returned after they are credited, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. System failures do not consume minutes. The quality-review process may provide one free reprocessing attempt or a manually approved minute return; a minute return is not a cash refund.

定期購入の更新・解約 / Subscription renewal and cancellation

Creator renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not refund the current period. After signing in, select Manage or cancel to open the Polar billing portal. Use the Creator subscription's cancellation control there. The subscription and its remaining paid-period minutes stay available until that billing period ends.

利用条件 / Technical and service conditions

Google sign-in is required for paid processing. Supported file, duration, and size limits are displayed in the service. Results vary by recording and must be reviewed by the customer.
