1. Controller

The data controller for EraseSound is 株式会社未来予知, located at 東京都千代田区神田須田町一丁目7番8号 VORT秋葉原 2F, Japan.

2. Information we process

  • the audio or video file you choose and generated results;
  • your removal instruction, selected preview result, and job timing;
  • Google account details used for sign-in;
  • purchase, subscription, minute-balance, and payment references;
  • quality-review and support correspondence;
  • rights confirmations, fixed product events, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service; and
  • a signed random device identifier and security signals used to protect free previews.

3. Why we use information

We use this information to:

  • provide previews, full-file processing, and downloads;
  • authenticate accounts and manage processing minutes;
  • complete purchases and administer subscriptions;
  • prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
  • handle quality reprocessing, minute returns, and support;
  • measure a fixed, minimal set of service steps; and
  • comply with accounting, legal, and dispute obligations.

Product measurement does not store source media, generated audio, secrets, or raw IP addresses. It uses fixed event types with the minimum available device, user, preview, or job identifier. Removal instructions are retained only as short sound labels for quality and operational analysis.

4. Service providers and overseas processing

We use Cloudflare for the application, database, security checks, and temporary object storage; RunPod for audio processing; Google for sign-in; and Polar for checkout, subscriptions, and payment. The information involved can include source media and generated results, removal instructions, account identifiers, technical and security records, and purchase or payment references. Processing may occur outside Japan.

We organize this processing as entrustment to providers for the purposes above, rather than consent to a foreign third-party provision. We provide information required by applicable law about relevant overseas processing and protection measures. We do not treat a provider's headquarters, general service area, or a guessed exhaustive country list as evidence of the actual processing route.

If a processing route instead requires consent to a foreign third-party provision, we provide the required information, including the applicable country information and protection measures, before requesting that consent.

5. Retention

Source media and generated outputs are deleted within 24 hours; operational and security records are kept for 90 days; quality-review and support records are kept for 180 days; account data is deleted within 30 days after account closure; and order and payment ledger records are kept for 7 years. A record needed for a legal obligation, active dispute, or security investigation may be kept longer only for that purpose. Service providers may retain payment or authentication records under their own legal obligations.

6. Cookies and device protection

EraseSound uses session cookies for sign-in and a signed random device cookie for the free-preview limit. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. Third-party advertising analytics are not used.

7. Your choices and rights

You can avoid uploading a file, sign out, let temporary files expire, or request account closure. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or complaint rights. Identity verification may be required before we act on a request. Some order and payment records cannot be deleted before the required seven-year period ends.

8. Security

We use access controls, signed requests, usage limits, and short media retention to reduce risk. No online system can promise absolute security. Please do not upload information whose processing is not necessary for the sound-removal task.

9. Adults only

EraseSound is available only to people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to or collect account data from anyone under 18.

Material changes to this Notice will be dated on this page. Privacy questions, rights requests, and account-closure requests may be sent to support@miraiyochi.ai.
