Terms of Use

1. Operator and acceptance

EraseSound is operated by 株式会社未来予知. Service address: 東京都千代田区神田須田町一丁目7番8号 VORT秋葉原 2F. These Terms govern your access to and use of EraseSound. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and consumer rights

You must be at least 18 years old to use EraseSound. We do not offer an account or service for a child or accept parental consent as a substitute for this requirement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under the law of your place of residence.

3. The service

EraseSound lets you submit an audio or video file, describe one sound to remove, compare preview results, and use processing minutes for a full-file result. Results are generated automatically. Quality varies with the recording and instruction, so you must review a result before relying on or publishing it.

4. Your files, instructions, and results

You retain your rights in your files and instructions. You may submit a file only if you own it or have every permission needed to upload, process, and download it. You grant 株式会社未来予知 and its service providers a limited right to process the file and instruction only as needed to provide, secure, and support EraseSound.

You are responsible for your file, instruction, result, and use of the result. Do not submit confidential or personal information that you are not permitted to disclose. Media is not used to train models.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use EraseSound to:

  • break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
  • upload malicious files or interfere with the service;
  • bypass usage, security, account, or payment controls;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent an altered recording as authentic where doing so could cause harm; or
  • resell access to the service without written permission.

6. Accounts

Google sign-in is used for paid processing. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You may request account closure at the contact below. Account data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days after closure, except for records that must be retained for another stated purpose or by law.

7. Prices, minutes, and subscriptions

Current prices, currency, included minutes, validity, renewal, and any applicable taxes are shown on the pricing page and in Polar checkout before you place an order. Polar handles checkout and payment. Creator renews monthly until cancelled; each billing period provides 90 minutes with no rollover. One-time Starter and Minute pack minutes are valid for 180 days from payment.

After signing in, select Manage or cancel to open the Polar billing portal. Use the Creator subscription's cancellation control there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. The subscription and its remaining paid-period minutes stay available until then, and the current period is not refunded except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Processing minutes are used only after a full-file job succeeds. System failures and automatic retries do not use minutes. Expired minutes cannot be used. We may correct a minute balance where a payment is reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, or recorded in error.

8. Quality review, reprocessing, and refunds

A technically successful result may still be unsuitable for a particular recording. The current service permits one reprocessing attempt with a different short instruction without additional minutes. A further minute return requires manual approval. A minute return is not an automatic cash refund.

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchases are not refundable after minutes are credited. This does not limit remedies for our failure to provide the paid service or any non-waivable right available to you.

9. File availability and retention

Uploaded source files and generated outputs are deleted within 24 hours. Do not use EraseSound as file storage, and download any result you need before it expires. Other records are kept for the periods in the Privacy Notice.

10. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, rights violations, security threats, fraud, payment problems, or material breach of these Terms. We may change or discontinue the service. Material changes to these Terms will be dated on this page and, where required, notified before taking effect.

11. Service quality and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EraseSound is provided without a promise that every sound can be removed, that every result is error-free, or that the service will always be available. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any protection that applies to you as a consumer.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, except that this does not restrict any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction available under the law of your place of residence.

13. Contact

Questions, rights requests, and account-closure requests may be sent to support@miraiyochi.ai.
