Can I remove music from a video and keep the voices?

Can I remove music from a video that has already been exported?
Yes, you can upload the exported file and try separating its mixed soundtrack. You do not need the original project, but you should compare a preview first. If the music is still available as a separate track in your editor, muting that track avoids separation artifacts.
Should I mute the video or remove its background music?
Mute the soundtrack in your editor if you want a silent video. Use music removal when you want to keep speech or other sounds from the same track. Check those sounds in the preview; separation does not guarantee they will be unchanged.
Is removing background music the same as removing vocals from a song?
No. Here you target "background music" and keep the spoken recording. A vocal remover targets the singing voice and keeps the musical accompaniment, which is a different result. Compare singing-vocal removal.
Can I replace the music with a new track?
